Crescent Wrapped Baked Apple Brie

It is Thanksgiving and you realized that you don’t have any snacks or appetizers for your guests to enjoy while you are finishing up in the kitchen! Well here is an extremely easy and delightful little snack that is sure to impress even your mother-in-law!

1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent rolls

1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese

1/2 apple, sliced thinly

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg, beaten

we will add the crackers and apple slices after it is all baked and ready to serve!


•Preheat the oven to 350°F.

•Unroll dough; separate crosswise into 2 sections. Press each section into 6-inch square, firmly pressing perforations to seal. (Scrape some of the white outer skin off the Brie, if desired.) You will then place the Brie on center of first dough square. Arrange apple slices on top, and then sprinkle your brown sugar on top of the apples.

•Pull up the sides of the bottom dough square, then place the remaining dough square on top of the Brie, apples, and the brown sugar. Press dough evenly around cheese, pressing to seal completely. Brush the beaten egg all over the dough and then place on your cookie sheet.

•Bake your little delicatessen for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. If you serve it piping hot, all of the cheese with escape. Serve the Brie with crackers or apple slices.
