Okay, one week down, only 11 more to go! Let’s do this! It was so much better this morning with the arm workout routine. I have no upper body strength, and so even doing a push up sucks for me, so working on that is my main agenda!
With meal times, I am trying to get a little more creative, and so “chicken” salad and rice cakes have been flavored with more vegetables and grilling the Trader Joe’s faux chicken is pretty tasty too! With spinach, celery, carrots, grilled onions and a splash of thai peanut ( I am talking like a teaspoon!) on the chicken when grilling is quite a satisfying meal.
Have you guys tried the Think Thin bars? I just read about them from another site talking about what she eats and so I looked into them, and they are great! They definitely fix my sweet tooth and are surprisingly filling.
