I am such a potato chip gal. I love regular ones, spicy Thai ones, salt and vinegar, vegetable, you name it, I most likely love it.
However, my waist line does not. I keep seeing these “Kale Chips” at Whole Foods, and they are so unappealing looking! Mainly it is the price tag and just never could venture to put them in my basket, so when learning how easy they are to make, a new obsession was born!
All you need:
1 bunch kale
A dab of olive oil
A pinch of salt
You can add flavors like garlic powder or turmeric, but it is nice to keep things simple.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Next, with a knife, remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear them into edible sizes.
Wash the kale and make sure it is nice and clean for consumption.
Now drizzle some olive oil over the kale, sprinkle some salt on top and throw it in the oven.
Let it bake for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!!
