Having the honor to work with an amazing cook, I was able to learn the simplest recipe for the best salsa in the world!
Three cloves of garlic
Five serrano peppers
A poblano pepper if you desire
A pinch of salt
Roast all of the vegetables for about 15 to 20 minutes
While all the vegetables are roasting, peel your garlic and start smashing away in the Mexican blender! More formally known as molcajetes.
When the vegetables are roasted, dice up the peppers and then smash them all up with the garlic.
Now do the same with the tomatoes.
Add a pinch of salt if you want and start eating away!!
